John
O'Leary was admitted to practice law in the State of Illinois in 1989. He is a
former counsel for two national title companies. He has a real estate broker's
license, a certificate in construction management from the Greater Home Builders
of Northern Illinois/NIU and a certificate in professional home inspection. He
has taught five semesters of real estate law. He is the author of several
articles that have been published in the Chicago Daily Law Bulletin, Title News,
and Chicago Title's Title Issues. He has lectured at seminars given by the
Indiana and Illinois Land Title Association, as well as seminars at Chicago
Title and other real estate organizations.
Mr. O'Leary specializes in real estate and the forming of corporations and
Limited Liability companies. He represents developers, rehabbers, buyers and
sellers of real property, and business owners.
